Are you interested in becoming a Boston Scholar Athlete or would like to enroll your child? Simply submit our Zone Membership Form. You may also print a copy and return it to your nearest Zone Facilitator.

Please Note:
By filling out the above document, it is understood that all BSA policies and procedures will be adhered to. Failure to comply to the BSA Zone Code of Conduct could result in removal from the program.
